Complimentary Client Support

Phoenix Fire Safety Group provide our clients and customers with a complimentary client support system.

Should you need our advice on any subject surrounding Fire Safety matters then please contact us during office hours, we will provide you with advice, either verbally or if preferred by a written report.

Our clients are supplied with an ‘out of hours’ telephone number should they need advice in an emergency or a critical situation.

You may need appropriate advice for example:
If the Fire Brigade are attending your premises due to a Fire or a Fire Safety inspection.
Or;
You are intending some internal alteration to alter the layout of your premises.
